Nigerian Man Graduates with First-Class Honors in Botany, Fulfilling DJ Cuppy’s Earlier Wish

A Nigerian man recently took to his social media platform to playfully remind the well-known personality, DJ Cuppy, of a statement she made several years ago expressing her interest in dating a botanist. This comes just days after the young man achieved the remarkable feat of graduating with first-class honors from the Department of Botany.

DJ Cuppy had shared her preference on June 21, 2021, stating, “I want to date a botanist or geologist.”

Responding to her post in the same year, the young man humorously requested one more year to wrap up his degree, saying, “Give me one more year, and I’m all yours.”

Fast forward a couple of years, the enthusiastic graduate updated his social media page with a new post proudly announcing his accomplishment. He revealed, “@cuppymusic, 2 years later and a first-class honors! B.Sc. (Hons) BOTANY. Also the best graduating student, Department of Botany.”
