“She Refused to Compensate Me”: Student Cries Out after Returning N2 Million Mistakenly Sent to Her

A Nigerian student was left incensed at a lady who refused to compensate her after returning N2 million that had been mistakenly transferred into her account. This Nigerian student went on TikTok through the handle @meet_feeyee and told her story in which she described how she felt.

The girl said that she had even interrupted her study by leaving class and spending money on transport to the bank in order to ensure that this woman received her money back. In one of the voice notes sent to this woman, the girl noted “you are very selfish person, I am a student, I leave my classes and get into matatu because you seemed like a businesswoman who needed it, so i dropped everything fast and ran to the bank. They detained me over there waiting for you now you’re doing this at the last hour of daylight. You will be judged by my God for wasting my time. Ordinary transport I wasted. And you say that you are Yoruba woman? No! You are not Yoruba woman at all! You are a mother who disappoints!”

Sharing the voice note on TikTok, the student expressed her anger over the situation. She captioned the post: “POV: Someone mistakenly sent N2 million to your account and does not want to compensate you. God abeg o. I was so pained.”
