Nigerian Woman Makes History at U.S. University, Becomes First Black Woman to Get PhD in Computer Science & Engineering

Frances Osamor, a talented Nigerian woman, has set a new record by becoming the first Black woman to get a Doctorate in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C.
