In the video, produced for British GQ magazine, Davido elaborated on the personal significance of his various pieces of jewelry. Specifically, he mentioned that his ‘Timeless’ hourglass chain represented patience and a timeless quality.

However, Regha challenged Davido’s interpretation of the hourglass symbol, suggesting instead that it traditionally represents the end of time and is often associated with mortality. Regha further commented that the chain, in his view, is not something to take pride in. He also questioned the necessity of the artist’s expenditure on such lavish jewelry. This is not the first instance of Regha critiquing Davido; he has previously criticized the singer for his Grammy nomination.
